Miss. Blaire made her long awaited entrance at 10:35am on February 22nd 2018. Despite being a mere 5 pounds and 12 ounces, she has already completely filled our hearts.
Because Blaire came a little early, she had some difficulty regulating her breathing and body temperature. Because of this, she spent a few days in the NICU so that the wonderful nurses could keep an eye on her. On Sunday Feb 25th she was finally released into the overjoyed arms of her parents.
*Please keep Mom in your prayers as she is having some blood pressure issues. Both mom and baby continue to improve each day.
Psalm 139:13-16
13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
Update: Both mama and baby are doing great! So great in fact that they just welcome a second addition to their little family. Now Blaire is a big sister!
